Bryan Boatright

    Mr. Boatright signed up for our program on 5/10/04. At that time our recording of his confirmation clearly explained our program and his obligations after he became a member. It was clearly explained that Mr. Boatright was to receive paperwork for him to fill out and return. We sent out our welcome packet with instructions on how to fill out the paperwork.
    Mr. Boatright never returned the paperwork and called our customer service department five months later to ask for a refund of his fee of $499 because he paid off all of his debts. We asked that he provide us with documentation to verity that his accounts were at a zero balance and we would gladly refund his fee. He instead used profanity to our representative and threatened to speak to his lawyer.
    Mr. Boatright subsequently admitted to Bryan of our office that he never paid off any accounts and that he would never send in his paperwork and that he is going to call everyone he can and degrade our company. Since we never completed our program for him because of his lack of cooperation and because we did not want to do business with a person so rude to our staff, we elected to issue a full refund on 9/14/04, a copy of which is enclosed.
