We are very confused by this complaint Ms. Guerra signed
up for our program and called to cancel the same day. She was never entered into
our program and a charge was never debited to her credit card, which Ms. Guerra
admits in her complaint to you. Mr. Dimidio called to see if he could address
any concerns she may have had which caused her to cancel. It seems as though Ms.
Guerra really cancelled because of a negative she found about our company
without knowing any of the real details. That is her prerogative but we can’t
understand her going public when we did her no harm.
