Steven R Bushouse

Mr. Bushouse signed up for our program on 11/29/03. Mr. Bushouse contends that we have not provided services and his interest rates increased as a result of our work. As we do with every client, Mr. Bushouse went through a detailed voice recording describing exactly what our program entailed. This is done for the protection of all parties and is done with the permission of the client.
Mr. Bushouse is upset because we were unable to lower any of his interest rates. It is made clear to all clients in this recording that if any accounts are late or over the limit, they must be brought current in order for us to work on them. What Mr. Bushouse neglected to inform us of was that he was late on a Capital One account three times in a six month period, late three times on an MBNA account within a six month period and five times over the limit in the same period. Furthermore, both Citicard and Chase cards were in default.
Despite his misrepresentation to us, we have continued to work on his behalf, in order to resolve his financial problems. We have as a matter of fact, set up his third appointment with one of our representatives for sometime in December. In spite of his terrible credit history we were able to lower one of his credit card interest rate by more than ten percent. We feel as though we have been taken advantage of because of Mr. Bushouse’s misrepresentation.
