Advocate's
Warning
DSI Financial

DSI's Attorney, Yale Manoff
Company Resolutions Documentation
Yale Manoff Letter, Page 2

I suggest that your referring to my client’s business as a “scam” is in error and done without resort to the true facts and circumstances of my clients business. Of the thousands of clients that my client has serviced, they have received a minimal number of complaints from those clients with whom they do business. Further, each complaint is addressed immediately and a resolution attempted. The matter is usually satisfactorily resolved to all parties.
I respectfully suggest that your comments, derogatory remarks, and conclusions regarding my client be removed from your website as well as the various complaints. Certainly, you recognize that in today’s business world, there are misunderstandings between service providers and their clients. The providers that you should deal with are those that do not attempt to resolve differences with their respective clients. This is not the case with DSI Financial. It should be noted that DSI is a member of and in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. This is not to be taken lightly. As you are aware, the Better Business Bureau is most particular of its members and only permits those businesses which are reputable to be members of that organization.
I enclose a copy of your “Advocate Advice.” Your comments are totally without regard to the website of DSI Financial. Everything that you suggest that should be in a legitimate website is in the website of DSI Financial. Your reference to “Red Flags” regarding my client’s website is totally without merit and is libelous as well. At times when I read your editorial comments I wonder if there is an ulterior motive because of your blatant disregard of the facts.
I advise you that listing my client’s business as one of “credit repair” s totally in error. That is not the nature of my client’s business and your website should be corrected accordingly.
Hopefully, you will now see DSI Financial in a more favorable light and remove the libelous material dealing with DSI Financial from your website.
There is a difference between a customer’s alleged unsatisfactory experience and a company who intends to deceive.

Your Very Truly, Signature; Yale Manoff, Esquire.

cc: DSI Financial
