Canada Tire
Complaint - Canadian Tire
Date: 03/29/2004
South Red Deer, I had wrong/unnecessary repair
done on my work van. I was charged $1000.00 for a new fuel pump. After
this repair the van still had the same problem and I was told that it
was just a lose sensor wire. Immediately following the fuel pump repair
the van would not start in the Canadian Tire garage.
Prior to these repairs I had the van tested at two other
garages and both garages said that the fuel pump was not the problem. I
met with the manager who took off two hours of labor. My complaint is
that I feel I should be reimbursed for the initial repair that was
unwarranted. - Rich Wagensveld
